As soon as a round starts, run toward the frozen lake on the left side of the map. You will see a fishing rod set up near the edge, hanging into a hole in the ice. Make sure to do this right at the start of the round, while the sun is still out, so you won't freeze as fast.
Jump into this hole, then quickly position yourself so you are facing the fishing line in the middle of the hole. Start holding
and 
to climb the fishing line. You need to climb the fishing line, as you are unable to grab the ice. (This may take a few tries, it can be difficult to climb the fishing line)
As soon as you are able to fling yourself out of the hole, run back to the closest bonfire. Once you do this, the achievement will unlock at the end of the match!

Wow this list sure is trash. 0/3 on this one, at least I succeeded in throwing the game for my random partner

Just getting your legs into the hole might be enough. I've yet to get out from the bottom without freezing, so I tried minimizing how far I went in. I jumped directly to the rope. My legs were below the ice, but that's all. It was enough to unlock this, so maybe it's worth a try.
