As description says
When round starts, walk up to the spinning propeller and hold RT. Walk closer until you grab then you should start swinging around. After one complete spin, let go and hopefully land on the plane. If done correctly achievement should pop after game ends.
NOTE: You DO NOT need to "survive". If your body lands on the plane barely and you slide off, this still seems to count. So just try to aim yourself to fling up and at the very least hit the plane with your body.
