Easiest way to do this imo is actually beast soccer. Just play goalie and let your team mates win the game for you. Can easily stand back and watch them win the game. Just block any shots that come your way.

If you're a decent climber (and willing to abandon your team), you could also try climbing onto the engine of your train in Fluffy Redemption. I've never seen anyone up there. You can hide in the smokestack or stand on the obstacle deflector i.e. cowcatcher on the front. Inside the train cars is another good place to hide.

The easiest way I found to complete this was on Fluffy Redemption. If you get two teammates to jump over and slow down and distract the opposing team, whilst you and another load coal on your own train you’ll be able to get this and load 10 coal in one game without being eliminated simultaneously.
