This means within 10 seconds of each point / round, so you can try multiple times per match. This is doable playing solo with randoms.
During the first point / round of all game modes, you can move earlier than it seems like you should. It's only a second, but it's enough to get the jump on players who don't know. For now, that seems to be most players. Prepare yourself to act quickly after character selection. Find your character and immediately take a shot on goal. You'll probably need to follow it in and finish. Remember to roll while running to get there more quickly. Good luck!
And, so long as you were the last on your team to touch the ball, you'll get credit for the goal even if the opposing team makes the goal for you.

I don't know if it was a bug, but I scored the second goal in a matter of 6 seconds and it didn't release the achievement

I can confirm you can do it in subsequent rounds it doesn't need to be right at the beginning of the match.
