The way I got this one is with a party of 4, have 2 of your team mates go to the opponents side, and purposely launch their bombs to you to defuse one / two at a time.
Usually the people on the other side are so distracted by them, they don’t launch to your side holding bombs, and only 1/2 come at a time so should be easy to defuse.
Was able to get this first time trying this method.
Please also note, you can defuse bombs in one of two ways. Grabbing and throwing into the water, or sacrificing yourself holding the bomb into the water.
Once you defuse 10 and game ends win or lose you get the achievement
