Just putting the info here that I was able to get a 3 star rating with a time of 11:49 and a good amount of deaths (at least 4-5)

I'd recommend running past any enemies you can, since 3 stars is all based on time I'm fairly certain, until you get to the wrestling arena.

As for getting past the laser hallway with the robot cat, I jumped over as many of the low lasers as possible and as for the ones that are medium height I tried jump kicking under them but at the very least would make sure the kick I was doing would send me a good distance from the cat. Unfortunately, this section came largely down to luck for me in my attempts.

Once to the wresting ring, just take the enemies out as quick as possible (running + punch and running + jump kick worked best for me) then throw the bombs at the boss cat while avoiding his attacks. Once you've got him down to enough health he'll come down to the arena and you just need to take him out, leave the ring on the walkway that comes and sit on the couch to end the level.
