In order to unlock this achievement, you have to throw 10 coal pieces into ANY firebox without being eliminated. In other words, you have to throw 10 coal pieces into your firebox or the enemy firebox in the same life. You can get knocked out but if you fall off the train or if you get inside any firebox you die and the counter restarts. I unlocked this cheevo by throwing 9 coal pieces into my team's firebox and then I jumped to the opposite train and I threw one coal piece into their firebox.
You grab the coal pieces with

while grabbing them with both hands. You can run while grabbing a coal piece pressing 
, but your stamina drains faster.

I recommend getting one teammate to bring the coal halfway, while you put them into the furnace.
If someone else tries to sabotage, be careful to not die, and help your teammate on the side.
(In my case, we instantly started putting coal in, and quickly got far enough where it was hard for the other team to sabotage. Only after I got this achievement did they start sabotaging.)
