This achievement is pretty tough, it's difficult because you need an enemy to survive with you, you don't actually need to win the round, just be alive when the third lever is broken.
I would recommend hanging out on the outskirts of the map, off of the platform, most people won't bug you there, just come back up when the alarm goes off. I HIGHLY recommend plugging in a keyboard and asking people if they want to help, I did this and someone immediately said yes and we were able to help each other get it relatively easily.
For the first two levers, you typically want to be on the opposite side of the wind blocker, there's less enemies, and you can actually hold up the retractable wall by grabbing it directly although this will consume a lot of stamina
