The quickest way I found to do the achievement is:
-Modes
-
to deselect all modes and then select only Stepping Stones (In forest gamemodes, 4th from top)
Start the gamemode with either bots or 3 other controllers and only drop one stone. Make sure this stone doesn't go into the water. Now, wait until the timer runs out and you should unlock your achievement

You can just not drop a stone also and let the timer run out
