Dripping Tap is the first minigame found under Countryside, the goal is to not get wet by avoiding the hose that another player is controlling, or get players wet if your controlling the hose.
You want to be in control of the hose for this achievement, so keep restarting the game until you are. Once your in control, you want to tap
and use 
to aim the water up towards the upper right corner where the chickens are. Get them wet and the achievement will unlock.
