This achievement is fairly simple. First you will need to be seen killing someone. When you are seen with the handcuffs over your head from getting caught, choose one of these ways to escape the cops: Outrun the cops by walking away from the or using 
, outrun them by waiting for them to almost get to you and then using 
next to a hatch or window to force them to run around the buildings, kill them by setting a trap for them to run into, or use an item like clothes change. You will know when you have escaped the cops when the cop says something like "Screw it" or "I'm too old for this sh*t".

For this achievement you will need to evade a cop while the handcuffs icon is over your head. You can easily get this one in the very first level by murdering somebody in front of another character, as soon as you get the kill and somebody sees you and start reaching for the phone, make a run to one of the top corners. The cop will try to chase you but eventually get tired and go.
