@SweetArkhane, it can't be assumed someone would check the trial version before buying the game. Most people would just buy the game. You can check Games where you can get achievements in their trial version in order to check if trials unlock achievements.

@CatTully, then it is stuck as is a general potential problem with all xbox one achievements in relation to being tied to the cloud. Really need to create a thread, lock, and sticky it for these solutions but there are several things you can try such as: hard resetting your xbox one; deleting LOCAL only save & resync; visit the specific achievement page on xbox.com; open the achievements page in game hub with the game running; and so on. The issue often resolves itself within 24 hours.

At least you could say that playing the trial version unlocks this achievement..
