I am not sure if the goals need to be consecutive or if the opposing players aren't allowed to touch the walls either.
Regardless, this is not too tough to do with the proper setup:
-Only use two players. This will help de-clutter the field
-Hold down whatever button the opposing player is assigned. This will cause him to spin in place.
-Spend a little bit of time getting used to the controls of the car so you can better control it.
-If you need to take a breather or start getting disoriented, you can hold your button to come to a spin-in-place.
