This achievement seemed to be a little tricky, as I had to do it several times before it unlocked.
In most stages (they are randomly generated) you will notice some spike squares scattered around the board. If you run into one of these squares, you will take damage and come to a stop.
However, if you are traveling towards a spike square and press your designated action button, your character will do a small jump. If you time it right, your character will jump right over the spike square and not take damage. This is the key to unlocking the achievement.
I am not 100% sure, but I think if you jump over the spikes and bounce off a wall, the achievement doesn't unlock. This happened to me several times. Finally, I launched my character a bit slower, jumped over spikes, and stopped short of a wall. This finally unlocked the achievement.

I have restarted like 100 times. Are you talking about the brown squares? cuz I don't see anything but crabs, coins, bombs and brown squares

Perhaps it won't appear on the first stage? I just played the game, restarted a few times with no luck. Then I beat the first level and the next one spawned some spikes (they are grayish blocks with red spikes in them).
