Unlocked after the 7th story mission, "Miracle of Lostdon".
After defeating Dodonga, you will need to go back to the Hunting Plains mission and get the Bent Compass from the pillar with the
sequence on it. This will grant you access to the "Miracle of Lostdon" mission in which you will have to face this new boss.
Majidonga is basically a stronger version of Dodonga. It has the same attacks but they do more damage and if it eats one of your Patapons it will be lost forever (you won't be able to retrieve its cap), so don't get too close if you can and make sure to use the defense chant appropriately!
