This trophy is self-explanatory, you need to complete a mission with one remaining Patapon fighter alongside your flag-bearer.
This might come naturally if you're lucky, otherwise you can always make a save towards the end of the game and select the first hunting mission. On the deployement screen, keep only either your Tatepons or Yaripons and kill them all except your strongest/best-equipped one by pressing :options:, then complete the mission to unlock the trophy before reloading your save so you don't lose your other Patapons.
