Unlocked after the 31st story mission, "Dark Palace Guardian".
Shooshookle is basically a stronger version of Shookle. It has the same attacks but they do more damage, which you should be able to manage using the same strategies. Be weary of the attack when it grabs up to 3 Patapons and eats them though, as it won't leave caps behind this time, meaning your Patapons will be permanently lost.
