How to unlock the Queen of Sacrifice achievement in Path of Exile - Definitive Guide
Access to this encounter requires you to collect each of the Sacrifice fragments (Dawn, Dusk, Noon, & Midnight) which can be gotten from card sets, Vessels in Corrupted side areas in the campaign, or as drops from Corrupted map bosses. Once you have all 4, you can put them in your map device forming a circle to open passage to the Apex of Sacrifice.
Typically, you need a character capable of easily handling T9 maps to defeat Atziri. The Atziri Trio, the second boss encounter before Atziri herself, is oftentimes the most challenging aspect of the run. It is suggested that you try to kill off the Archer first as the arrow rain can kill you easily and gets more powerful if you kill the other members of the Trio first.
The fight with Atziri spans several stages. If your DPS is high enough, you could see only main attack and clone attack phases. Otherwise, there may be spawning phases for fodder enemies where Atziri tries to regain health. If your character cannot handle reflected damage, you should kill the clone with a small blue mirror during the clone phase where 4 smaller versions of Atziri come out. The position of the mirrored Atziri clone is random. Some AoE skills can make avoiding the clone difficult, so it is suggested you either mitigate reflect through your ascendancy/build design or have focused targeting capability.
