Yes you must get your max res to 95% for this to unlock. I amso managed to get 123% thanks to a fire flask but that was not the max and for 4 sech so didn't work.
Maybe you can add to your solution that it is max res that is needed not the number in (). Still +1 for me though thanks

The resistance shrines in Pt2.. do you need to get lucky and find a shrine that matches the flask you have equipped, or do they boost all resistances by 10%?

Shouldn't need to carry the flask, can always portal to your stash and it'll fill it up for free in town.

I did this and got 92% and the achievement didnt unlock.

Then u did something wrong. As stated, it has to to number in front of ( ), not inside

ive done this three times now with different elements, im going to try leveling purity of fire and using that with the shrine and flask

Just hit 95% with purity, flask, and shrine. I hate when achievements are only unlock-able for some people.

Edit: used a different character and got all three stats above 90 and it still didn't unlock.

Found my very first resistance shrine in Act 5, in The Control Blocks. Just got the achievement. So they can show up fairly early.

Noticed that somebody else also mentioned that they can show up early. But also wanted to note that my base % was only 53 (cold), and the flask I had and the shrine did the rest.

Used MushaConvoy’s strategy and it worked first time. Didnt find a resistance shrine until i got to Ruined Square, but there is was, the right one even, activated it and popped the lightning flash for 6% and Viola! Cheeve popped. Thank you! Worked like a charm.

Have had the achievement for awhile, but want to note that flasks no longer give maximum resistances. Cheapest way right now, I think, would be (in addition to having 75% base cold resistance) a Kaltenhalt and a Resistance Shrine.

Yeah what CodeMonkeysGuy says, since 3.5 flask dont work so lucky enough i had the Kaltenhalt shield which adds 5% then the 10% from shrine

Possibly glitch then, some ppl reported issues with boss kill achievements not popping

To add to Sighris' excellent solution, I wanted to grab this achievement before completing Act 5 so I didn't have the -30% Resistance penalty. Once I reached Act 5, I set out to find a Resistance Shrine. Just so you know, the shrine adds 50% to all elemental resistances, as well as 10% to your max elemental resistances. If you have just 35% resistance, the shrine will bump your resistances up to 85%. Once you do, you have around 30 seconds to use your flask. This will also get you the 75% in all Elemental resistances achievement too.

The tour of Act 5 I took would start at the Chamber of Innocence waypoint. From here immediately head north to Torched Courts.

I made my way through Torched Courts stopping for nothing unless there was a mob of 15+ where I'd fire off some AoE and get quick kills/exp. Ignore the unique boss here, was just a waste of time. Leave at the North-West exit into Ruined Square.

Made a loop around Ruined Square counter-clockwise, ending up at the entrance to Reliquary, where I did one lap of the map ending up at the waypoint near the start.

Return to town and repeat. I was able to get through this run pretty quickly by the end, often completing it before the Torched Courts instance reset, so instead of entering the area with A button, press Y button and you can choose to manually create a new instance, resetting the area. This works from the waypoint as well.

I would find 2-3 shrines per run this way, just took a bit of RNG to find a Resistance Shrine. There can be multiple shrines per area, don't just leave if you find one you didn't want. Shrines also show up in Vaal Corruption areas too, so don't neglect those either.
