In order to unlock this trophy, you must kill the Enraged owlbear to the north and the hydra toward the middle of the map before leaving the area, make sure you have both the "owlbear head" and "hydra Head" in your inventory before leaving the area.
Also the trophy WILL glitch if you start the Ekundayo party quest in the hunting grounds first.

You also have to speak to the party who are responsible for killing the 3rd creature. You can win the competition, but this last condition must be met in order for the trophy to pop. I found out the hard way

At the start of the Season of Bloom, you will be invited to the royal hunt. Go to the hunting lodge quickly. Talk to the others there, and then travel to the hunting grounds. Here, you need to kill Poisonous Hydra around the central area of the map, the Enraged Greater Owlbear and the Ancient Wyvern towards the north. Take trophies from the Hydra and the owlbear, but leave the ancient wyvern to the NPCs who kill it. (This is the "Fair and square" part) Return to the lodge and end the hunt, earning the achievement.
