How to unlock the No Country for Bandits achievement in Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Definitive Guide
You have three months from the end of the prologue to get this done, and get a special dueling sword if you complete it in just a month. So don't wait.
Start at Oleg's trading post. Fight the bandits here. Buy plenty of camping supplies and whatever else you need. Travel south. You should meet Remus, who will tell you where Tartuccio is. Go to the Ancient Tomb. Here, you can talk one of the campanions you missed in the prologue into joining you. I would recommend getting the first one you are missing in this order: Linzi, Valerie, Harrim, or Jaethal. Fight and loot the area, taking care to look for traps and hidden loot. Try to follow Tartuccio for some extra XP.
Continue south to the Old Sycamore. There's a war here between kobolds and mites. Choose no sides if you can, or pick one. (I think supporting the mites is slightly easier) Explore the caves to rescue the last companion you're missing, and defeat Tartuccio. Return to Oleg's trading post and rest. You will have a visitor. (Romance her to work on the secret ending)
Look to the west for Thorn Ford. Deal with the bandits in the southeast as you will and loot a note in this area. Release Jhod Kavken here as well. He will point you to the Temple of the Elk. Go there alone to get
Clear the temple of enemies and add Tristian to your party. He's a great healer and buffer, and can sometimes fireball, but is useless otherwise. Around this time, you should have encountered the Technic League slavers. Track them back to their camp and rescue two more party members.
Now, you may need to go to either or both Nettle's Crossing and/or the druid's home. Both are pretty straightforward. once you'd done that, return to Oleg's trading post and rest. The visitor will part the mists to the Stag Lord's Fort. Go there. You can attack the Stag Lord directly, or go around and sneak in from the west. (much easier)
Once he's dead, return to Restov for a celebration and an achievement.
