In order for this nabas to appear, you need to find and kill the necromancer before the assault on the Heart of the Defender takes place in the Market Square location; he is located in an alley in the east, closer to the center. After the assault, return to the same place on the Market Square and here the desired Nabasu will be waiting for you.

I recommend buying several “Freedom of Movement” and “Death Ward” scrolls from the priest in the Heart of the Protector. Nabasu has an attack that steals levels from heroes with which she will start the battle, and he also has the ability to immobilize opponents. At high difficulty levels there is, of course, a chance of dealing with it in the usual way, around 1%, but with scrolls everything will go much faster.
