There's a quick way to unlock all the achievements using commands on PC
Shout out to RAILBAIT for finding this method
This game is on game pass and it's Xbox play anywhere so you can play it on Win10
This method only works on Win10 unfortunately

When you are on the main menu
press control+shift+f4
Which will bring up a menu
While that menu is open type "Unlock_all_achievements" at the bottom
press enter
Then type "Unlock_achievement"
press enter again
Then type "save_game"
go to the main menu
press control+shift+f4 again
Then go to >Inspector
go to >Services
Then drop down >Element 0 (Achievement Services)
Open that
Open the top option that says >Service (AchievementServiceXboxLive)
Click "Unlock All"

Achievement Walkthrough - Quick Method:

For those that would actually like to play the game, this achievement is not missable and is story related. You will get it on Day 3, and there are two ways to trigger it; It can trigger by itself at around 6-7:30pm I believe. Somewhere around there way later in the day. Or once you and speak to Notkin afterwards he will tell you that the Bachelor is looking for you. If you go to his home to meet him you will find he is not there and when you exit his house this will cause the alarm bell to toll unlocking the achievement. Do note though, that if you do the quest visiting the Bachelor's house this causes all other quests to end, so I'd recommend just doing what you want to do for the day and letting it ring itself, unless you get everything done and have time to do the related quest to trigger it yourself.
