You need to sleep through everything! Find a place to sleep. So far I have found Lara's house in the North which you can get to easily with the ferrymen. Olaf is near the middle in the district town hall. It's all about food management. Check my video for more info. Mainly fight thugs and kill them for items to sell and money. Sell them to grocery stores, clothing stores, or pharmacies! You can also rob people's houses! Prices will vary day to day. You should stock up on the first few days to have enough food. Once it hits day 7 or 8, food will be scarce and lots of plague enemies will be around making it tough to scavenge. Just keep sleeping. What you do in the dreams will not affect this ending. Once you sleep into day 12 you will get your achievement!
