Pathologic 2

Once the plague starts you'll hear babies crying in infected districts. In the houses you can grab a baby. You need a 3x2 inventory slot for the baby. Once you grab them, bring them to the Town Hall. When you bring the 2nd baby to the Town Hall the achievement will pop.

For those that would actually like to play the game, you will need to save two babies from infected districts. One thing to note is that I believe Anna Angel needs to not get infected in order to do this because she is at the houses with the baby. So on Day 3 you should give her any kind of Tincture+ to boost her immunity as much as possible to try to prevent her from getting sick. She is located in the Hindquarters district, if you check in on Peter Stamatin when asked to do so on Day 3 he asks you to check on her and this will reveal exactly where she is at.

Starting on Day 4 (7:30am-midnight) you will be able to hear a baby crying in the Chine district. Haruspex should make a note of it and mark exactly which house it is on the map. Make sure to have at least 3x2 inventory space available, and have a lockpick handy as sometimes the baby will spawn behind a locked door. The hazards are randomly spawned so sometimes you may not run into any kind of resistance, other times you may have plague clouds and infected people coming out of all over the place so things to boost your immunity doesn't hurt to have either. Anna will be next to the baby and you will need to talk to her, I forget the exact dialogue options but basically just tell her you're taking the baby and then bring it to the Town Hall.

The next baby will be available on Night 4 (Midnight-7:30am) in the Spleen district. It's all the same deal here except there is an extra NPC along with Anna, talk to them tell them you're taking the baby and bring it to Town Hall.

I've also read that a baby spawns on Day 6 in the Atrium district, but only if you haven't rescued two babies already. I can't confirm or deny that as I had just got the ones on Day/Night 4.
