How to unlock the Tag achievement in Pathologic 2 - Definitive Guide

This one is self-explanatory. You'll be able to trade with NPCs throughout the game and children are often the best to make deals with as they value nuts, marbles, and most useless things a lot. Once you make 27 trades it'll pop. Children become much less frequent through the game, but it's good to get a lot done early when the game is easier. Notkin's base is also a hotspot for trades.
