Ok as of yet I haven’t unlocked this, however I just wanted to add my two pence.
All the stuff in the game is unlocked through playing the adventure mode. There are 3 different things to unlock with each character, so you need to complete the adventure with every character. There’s 9 characters and 17 races per adventure.
The good news is that the game pretty much plays itself, apart from pressing A a few times to start the next race, and B to use a skill, I’ve pretty much left it alone to do it’s own thing.
Also you do not need to win to unlock anything, as long as you are in the top 3, the item unlocks. However there are achievements for 17 and 30 wins, but to be honest, put the adventure on easy and let it do its thing, I very rarely didn’t win.
Yes this is a grind. Your looking at roughly an hour per character to complete the adventure so keep this in mind.
Edit. Ok I’ve just finished all the pups and no achievement, it now looks like you also need Ryder as well

Good thing is while your doing this boring grind you can just put autopilot on and just do whatever till the race is over.

For this Achievement ,to unlock The Cosmétics,You gotta complete The Adventure Mode with all The Characters,and You will unlock Paints,hats and Turbo Stuff

I counted it out and it seems that we unlock a new collectible every fourth win in Adventure Mode.

Aesthetic items are unlocked only during Adventure mode, and when you finish in the top 3 in a race, which is what the game considers winning. Every fourth race you win, you'll unlock a random new aesthetic item for a random pup.
There are enough aesthetic items in the game such that you'll need to finish the full 17 races of Adventure with 9 characters and then play through halfway with the tenth character, assuming you win every race (finish in the top 3). Because A sky full of stars (80G) requires you to finish Adventure mode with all nine Pups, do that first. Then, start your tenth Adventure with Ryder and play until this achievement unlocks.
This will take around 12-14 hours for sure, and is a hugely mindless grind. You can play on Easy and turn on auto pilot and simply hold
, and still easily finish in the top 3 in every race. If you somehow don't, you can choose to Restart Race to try it again, but that shouldn't be necessary.
