Just 1st place I guess. Game says I have over 30 podium finishes

Achievement won't unlock while playing on windows, tried on 3 different save files, popped after finishing 31st race on phone via cloud

@Riley are you sure you actually "won" them.. as @BigBanjo K has said a "win" is placing first

Note: The game uses the term "win" to refer to finishing in the top 3, not first place. So you only need to finish in the top 3 for this achievement, not first place. 

This achievement is cumulative across both Adventure mode, Races, and split screen wins. You will undoubtedly unlock this achievement naturally, and quite early, because Adventure mode consists of 17 races, and you need to play through it with each of the nine characters, for a total of 153 races. You will win most, if not all, or those with barely any effort, so no need to worry about this achievement.
