How to unlock the A sky full of stars achievement in PAW Patrol: Grand Prix - Definitive Guide
You will have to play the adventure mode with all the puppies.
In total there are 17 circuits and 9 puppies, which in total would be 153 times with the 9 puppies.
While playing adventure mode, you will unlock collectibles by finishing a race.
This is to unlock another achievement.
You must complete the 17 tracks at once, in total it will take between 40 to 60 minutes to finish the adventure mode with each puppy.
Some tracks in the game are repeated, the only thing that changes is the time of day.
One method to finish fast is to play on autopilot and drift throughout the race to finish a little faster.

Must be done with all characters in adventure mode. Difficulty: Easy with autopilot enabled.
Start the race and do something productive for a couple of minutes while the character finishes the race.
When done, confirm the win/collectible/next race with A. (You only need to press A when it says "Confirm" and not for "Skip")
Rinse and repeat for every race with every character. It'll take hours.
Do yourself a favour and don't watch, don't interact. They don't need your support, even if they miss the boost at the begin of the race and later drive into all obstacles. They will usually finish in places 1-3, and if not then just repeat the race and they'll do.
Pro tip: Mute the sound (because it'll be annoying) and place the controller on a pillow (or turn off the vibration).
Don't forget to press B with each character once when the have collected enough treats, to unlock
You'll earn this automatically on the way:

First Off this achievement is misleading it saids to do it with all pups but that's not true you Also have to do it Ryder so when you do it make sure to also use Ryder or the achievement won't pop
Good Luck Achievement Hunting out there :)

This achievement is unfortunately bugged. After I had completed all races with all dogs, the achievement was not unlocked. Therefore I played the adventure mode again completely with Ryder. And the achievement was unlocked at the end.
As the description says, you need to win (finish in the top 3) in Adventure mode with all nine pup characters. Ryder is not needed for this achievement.
There are 17 races in Adventure mode, and nine Pups, so you're looking at 153 races for this achievement. This will be a huge and boring grind that'll take roughly 12-14 hours to complete.
You can make this insanely easy by playing on Easy difficulty and having auto pilot on. You then only need to hold and you'll probably finish in first in every race, but definitely in the top 3. If you somehow don't finish in the top 3, select restart race to play it again until you do, since you need to in order to move on anyway.
