This is a very straightforward achivement. You simply need to complete all 16 levels on one profile. The achievement should award during the post-level wrap up screens. Each level unlocks one at a time upon completion of the prior levels.

Simply complete all 16 missions in the game to unlock this achievement.

This game is made up of 16 rescue missions. Each rescue mission requires you to traverse your way through the level using extremely simple platforming and solving equally simple puzzles in order to get to the end of the mission and rescue the animal or character at the end. For this trophy and the ones preceding it, simply play through each rescue mission to its conclusion. It’s impossible to fail or die, so you can do it completely at your leisure. You will unlock a trophy after completing one, five and ten missions, and finally this trophy after completing all 16.
