You'll absolutely snag this naturally playing through the obstacle races to get gold in them all. 60 seconds or less is quite easy in lookout and city. The courses are not complex and there are not real big curveballs in any of them that would make you lose a significant amount of time if you mess up. Also note, you can replay them as many times as you want to get the under 60 seconds.

Doesn't necessarily have to be under 60 seconds as I finished one of them after 63 seconds had passed and still got it. If someone wants to confirm this check the achievement flags post for more info and help to check just how lenient this really is. Just wait at the finish line for longer than I waited after collecting everything from the course.

This one is absolutely bugged. Which explains why more people have this achievement instead of the training day achievement. There is no 60 second timer. I finished with only 10 seconds left and still triggered the achievement. After a couple more post race loading screens the training day achievement will pop as well.
