There are 20 postcards in the game, five in each of the four regions. They take the form of mailboxes that you need to interact with to receive the postcard. The postcard will be a picture of you in front of that building, landmark, etc., and that's really the only way to track which ones you've found in each region (you can see how many you've found in each region, though, from the pause menu).
These are probably the hardest (relatively) to find on your own, since you'll need to spot the mailbox, and there isn't much indication of it. They are all near landmarks from the show, though, so you'll assuredly come by each as you do main missions and help requests. It's just a matter of noticing them.
Once you finish all help requests, main missions, and badges in an area, if you're still missing any postcards, refer to the video below. Full credit to Trophy Tom.
