What the game calls "objects" are actually any of the interactable items throughout all of the four locations. For example in Adventure City there are fire hydrants, leaf piles, air vents, and more. Interacting with them typically gives you some pup treats, so you should be interacting with them all to work toward getting all pup treat rewards. This achievement will come very early, likely before finishing the first area of the game, but is cumulative across all four areas.
