How to unlock the Blackout achievement in PAYDAY 2: CRIMEWAVE EDITION - Definitive Guide

This is my Guide for Murky Station:
Watch my video for a thorough explanation.

The key to completing this is to take it slow.
The 4 key items you need to find are the blowtorch, thermite keycard and the hard-drive,these are the items you need to get access to the bomb parts.

Watch out for the drones Y I u can tell where a drone is hovering because the floor will be illuminated.

Just take your time and practice the mission and you will have it down in no time.

This heist requires you to have a lot of knowledge of the spawns of required equipment, enemies, and the dreaded drone cameras. The drone cameras are new to Payday 2 and are currently only in this heist. These are extremely dangerous especially on Death Wish difficulty, as they will lock onto you and they move so be very careful around these. Luckily these are only located in the train yard. Also as I mentioned above, you will also need to locate the Key Card, Blow Torch, Hard Drive, and Thermal Paste. Now not all of these will be needed unless you plan on taking all the loot however the EMP bomb will be in random train carts blocked by a random security measure that requires one of the four equipment pieces so with that you should just locate all of them.

Being that this is a stealth only heist the approach is a lot different than Boiling Point. You will need to bring an entirely different build into this and have a decent understanding of the heist. The build I suggest you use is this Stealth Build by b33croft as it covers everything you'll need during any stealth heist in the game.

Once you spawn in the heist you will be at one of the entrances at the top of the train yard. The best approach is to walk down the set of stairs in front of you and find the ladder that leads to the underground portion of the train yard. This section will always have two roaming guards that I suggest you either kill or dominate in order to create yourself a safe space. Now technically there is a third guard down here, however he will be in a room that is off to the side and never come out. So do with him what you want but I do suggest you avoid him altogether. There will also sometimes be civilian train yard workers down here with your equipment that I mentioned above. However, if you can find them down here they can also spawn in the train yard on top.

There will be a whiteboard located in the back of the yard on the far right side of spawn that will have the locations of each piece of equipment. Each time you start this heist the information on the board will change so you will need to check it each time. If you're are having trouble navigating to the location of the whiteboard this video will show you the best route to it Whiteboard Location.

See below if you want a visual reference of the equipment once you have found it.

  • Key Cards

  • Thermal Paste

  • Blow Torch

  • Hard Drives

Now it's time to locate the EMP Bomb in one of the four train cars on the top level. This is a very dangerous area and if at all possible try to navigate it without allowing the guards to see you. If you're trying to complete the level without killing any guards for the The Pacifist trophy and one spots you on the top level you will have to restart the heist as the Drone Cameras can not be taken out and other guards will creep up on your hand cuffed hostage. In order for you to be able to open train cars that have loot in them, you will need to locate the panels on the side of the carts and hack them. The image below shows what you'll be looking for.

There are four of these and each cart will be random loot. Either your EMP bombs or battle rifles, and pistols. The EMP bomb will be split up into two different pieces which means you need to open at least two trains carts, four if you get bad luck and open the wrong two first. If you open the correct train cart Bain will let you know if it's behind a hard drive vault or you will see it behind a gate that needs a blow torch.

There can be two different escapes on this heist, one on the water side (the best one) or the van escape on near where you spawn in. The boat or the van will only start to show up once you have located and bagged one of the EMP bombs. Once you have both pieces secured you can leave or stay and get all the loot. Once you leave and the heist is ended the trophy will pop here.

Video guide in Russian . You can combine it with the Pacifist trophy and not kill anyone, the main thing is to bring 1 part of the bomb and find the second one. Then you can leave on jammers.
