This achievement is more of a waiting game than something difficult to stealth. You will want a basic understanding of how the map works and what the layout looks like, as well as a fairly high level character with some of the following skills to aid in your mission:

Mastermind:

  • Endurance Aced (This is a very basic level skill you should have for every class).
  • Dominator (This helps with making guards hostages easier and civilians hostages quicker).


Enforcer:

  • Transporter Aced (Moving faster with loot on your back is a must in this).


Ghost:

  • LockPicking Expert Aced (Increases speed of lockpicking, and most importantly it enables you to pick the lock on the diamond vault.
  • Shinobi Aced (Faster movement while sneaking and less noise when killing enemies).
  • Fast Hand Aced (Picking up and interacting with objects faster always helps in stealth.
  • Sprinter Aced (Movement speed increase).
  • Cleaner Aced (Additional body bags).


In general the skills listed above make for a very strong stealth based build and should be looked at as an investment in the future of heists. In addition to the skills above, this is a fairly good set up for your pre-planning:

You can do this together with Culture Vultures. This is pretty much completing the entire heist from start to finish without trigger the alarm. There's only a few tips to give here. Be careful of Civilians inside of the museum and of guards walking down and upstairs. You will need to disable the time-lock and the alarm in order to cut the glass to get any loot. The items you can loot is marked in the display cases. The Diamond which is the main goal is behind a time-locked gate. In order to do so, you need to cut 4 wires in power boxes which are scattered all around the museum. Once that is done you need to return to the time-lock and activate it and wait a couple of minutes for it to open. Once inside you need to do another time-lock which is just straight up waiting. Inside the Diamond vault, you need to look at the left and open the box and hack it. Some lights will be red, others green. You can only step on the green ones otherwise the alarm will go off and you will fail the trophy. Once you have the Diamond, then you have to step on the same set of tiles again to get out.

We do everything accordingly in stealth mode without raising any alarm:
1) hack 4 electrical panels (they are all on the second floor)
2) we come across lone personnel, we take the key card hostage.
We hide the hostage in the technical room. As a last resort, we kill the hostage and get rid of the corpse.
For this mission, you will need two key cards.
We also get rid of the second hostage, hide him, if that doesn’t work, kill him (hide the corpse).
3) In the last room, there will be a floor with a trap.
To navigate through it correctly, the required squares are highlighted next to it in the counter.
4) The robbery is completed, without raising any alarm we leave the building, back the way we came
