How to unlock the Christmas Party achievement in PAYDAY 2: CRIMEWAVE EDITION - Definitive Guide
Difficulty: Any
Skills Recommended: Forced Friendship, Stockholm Syndrome(Aced) and Scavenger(Aced)
This is a guide outlining the steps one may take while going for this achievement solo. If there is more than one player with Forced Friendship, you will be able to zip-tie 12 civilians as the game starts so scavenger will not be as necessary.
Startup Stealing Xmas on normal and immediately try to zip-tie 6 civilians and intimidate 2-3 civilians. When you begin the heist, you will have 6 zip-ties. You can get more zip-ties from ammo boxes. Bring all of the zip-tied civilians around the tree. Place them within the golden circle surrounding the tree to make sure it registers that you have them moved there.
The Jewelry store will have 2-3 civilians inside. The locked rooms inside of the tech store and shoe store will contain 1 civilian each. If you can't find any civilians around the mall, you have extra civilians that are stuck and can't escape until you open the doors.
You can monitor the amount of zip-tied civilians you have at the top right corner of your screen.
Complete the mission and your achievement will be unlocked.

Pretty rad and thank you
This trophy can be acquired by completing this heist on any of six available difficulties. Ideally, this should be done on Normal difficulty and will pop upon heist completion for all players regardless of who tied civilians up or not.
To help make this trophy easier, going into the heist with Forced Friendship basic from the Controller category of the Mastermind skill tab will help. This skill will allow you to bring six zip ties into the heist. Six alone won't be enough to earn the trophy if going solo but you can gain extra zip ties when picking up ammo off deceased enemies. Another big benefit would be maxing out all the turret skills in the Engineer category of the Technician skill tab.
When you begin the heist you will want to shout down and zip tie your six civilians and then kill the mall security. When killing the security, most of the remaining civilians should crouch down in fear. Before the assault wave begins, go to either entrance of the mall on the ground floor and place down two turrets at either entrance. Back away slightly from the turrets and tap to change them to armor piercing rounds. Switching the turrets to this mode will allow them to use less ammo, which allows you to focus on moving civilians and Blitzen through mission objectives, rather than maintaining the turrets ammo supply.
As you move tied civilians to the large Christmas tree at the center of the mall and progress the heist objectives, occasionally swoop to the two entry points and pick up more ammo to gain additional zip ties and perhaps replenish turret ammo. Most enemies will be killed by the turrets, although some can spawn upstairs at times, so be on the lookout for any naughty enemies creeping around who may try to free the civilians. As you gain more zip ties in your inventory, continue tying and moving civilians. If for some reason a civilian gets killed in crossfire, there are about half a dozen more inside the upstairs jewelry store.
Once all objectives are complete and the escape becomes available, the zone will literally be the base of the Christmas tree, so make sure you move all ten or more civilians as close to the tree as possible prior to the escape. The civs can be a bit frustrating when moving them, as they act peculiar around the tree, not wanting to move on your command. Be persistent and you will eventually get them down right next to the tree. Remember, the description says civilians, submitted guards or law enforcement do not for this trophy.
