Difficulty: Any
This achievement will require the Shaped Charges skill under the technician skill tree. In order to unlock this, you will need to be at least level 38. This achievement can be attained in co-op with other players, so if you've chosen a different skill tree, or are a low level, you may want to keep that in mind. Then equip Two-piece Suit in the armour slot of your inventory.
Load up the level on any difficulty. As you are loading into the level, make sure you are walking forward and holding
to equip your mask as fast as possible. As soon as you put on your mask, sprint forward into the jewellery store, through the main area, into the back hall and turn right into the office to find a safe. Use your shaped charge on the safe, and feel free to kill the guard in this room if you want. Stand right next to the safe as it blows up as it won't damage you, and prepare yourself to tap 
in order to loot the contents as soon as it opens. If the tiara is inside, grab it, and sprint back to the dropoff location to finish the mission. If you did it under 35 seconds, all members of your team will unlock the achievement. If the tiara isn't inside this safe or you took longer than necessary, restart the level and try again.Keep in mind the tiara spawn is completely random, and there is also a variation where the safe will require a drill, so just keep restarting until you get a perfect run.

The Ukrainian job is a pro job only meaning if you fail it, you cannot simply restart without buying the contract again. This has particular significance in trying to for this achievement because if the safe is not in the room you go to right away, you will not be able to complete the mission in 35 seconds. On that note though, if you do play with others, you can split up and go into both of the back rooms.
You will want to do this mission on hard difficulty as upping the difficulty brings a higher chance that the safe may not be the style of safe that allows C4 to be placed on it--and rather, may be a titan safe.
C4 is in the technician skill tree. Trip mines can be molded skill.

In order to do this you will need to be at least level 40 or have a friend that is. You will need to buy the Shaped Charge skill in skill tree under technician. It requires 8 skill points and costs $712,500. After you have done that make sure to equip the Trip Mine. As soon as the Ukrainian job starts you would want to take on your mask while moving into the store. Run to the back rooms straight away and look for the safes. It's random which safe the Tiara is in so this can take a few attempts. Plant the C4 on the safe, grab the Tiara and run straight to the van. If done fast enough you'll get the trophy.

You will need a technician upgraded to C4, so you will need to remove the armor for fast running. Two rooms, each with a safe, in one of them there is a random tiara. In the video they run to the right room, it seems to me that the left one is faster, plus there is no need to waste time killing the guard.
