If this happens to you, you should complete this in Crimenet Offline, while disconnected from Xbox Live (Settings > Network > Go Offline)
This achievement requires you to complete the Undercover mission on Overkill, without anyone going down.
Important Points:
- I’d recommend doing this with a group of 4 players. However, if your achievement glitches, you will need to do this by yourself.
- While not confirmed, I assume that AI teammates may void your run. I wouldn’t recommend using them.
My Loadout
- My personal preference was to use a tank build with converted hostages.
- Weapon: Thanatos .50 cal Sniper Rifle as it takes Green Bulldozers out in 2-3 shots and Cloakers in 1 shot.
- Equipment: Ammo bag or First Aid Kit if you want to be really careful.
- Mastermind > Controller Tree > Force Friendship, Confident Aced, Joker Aced, Partners in Crime Aced
- Enforcer > Tank > Iron Man Aced
- Enforcer > Ammo Specialist > Scavenger Aced, Bulletstorm Aced, Extra Lead Aced, Fully Loaded.
- Perk Deck > Muscle (for health regen)
Setup:
- Crimenet Offline > Contract Broker > Classics > Undercover
- Overkill Difficulty
- No Team AI
- Buy doctors bag and ammo if you need it.
Tactics:
- Try to convert the FBI agents without armor from the start of the mission. They are godly and will be very helpful defending the hack. This is especially useful if you’re doing offline solo.
- Depending on the spawn of the computer room, you can sit in a corner and let the converted enemies sponge all the enemy attention. Prioritise taking out out shields, Dozers and cloakers.
- If you see a cloaker, back up as much as you can and let him aggro your converted enemies. You only need one shot to take him out with the sniper.
- There is a cloaker at the very end of the mission, before the chopper. As you shoot the lock and open the gate on the roof, carefully walk forward and you’ll see him to your left, around the corner.
Mission Walkthrough
At the start of the mission, you will spawn in the same room as the computer where you’ll be performing the hack. Take a few minutes before the action starts to search around the building for planks of wood. These will be used to block the windows in the computer room, to stop snipers firing at you.
Once the limo gets lifted up by the crane, you’ll have to run to saw the taxman out. The limo might end up on the roof, in the stairwell after falling through the roof or on the top floor on the balcony. Normally the saw will break down once or twice and will require your input to restart.
Once the saw is complete, you will breach the limo to release the taxman and take the server. Walk the taxman down to the computer room and connect the server and power.
Over the next ten minutes, you’ll need to get the passwords from the taxman and complete the hack. When the taxman has a gold outline, use RB to yell at him. If he shakes his head, melee him once then yell at him again. Sometimes he will go unconscious for a moment before you can resume this.
During the hack, enemies can interrupt the process by either engaging with the computer or turning off the power around the building. Just defend the room and shoot any enemies that get close and follow the objective marker if the power turns off.

This is best to do it with a party of four but can be done solo if you plan properly, but will be harder. If you are doing it solo, it would be a good idea to put assets on (even if you’re not) and have the Buzzsaw or something similar, as it has plenty of ammo and also put first aid kits for yourself. I would also recommend having a perk deck with some health regen. A friend and I did it with A.I on and one of them went down and the achievement still unlocked.

Purchase the Undercover heist on Overkill difficulty for $2,480,000. This is a short and simple heist once you know what you're doing. I suggest using a armor build that can tank a lot of shots like this Anarchist Frenzy Build by b33croft. With this one, you can tank a lot on Overkill because this build was designed for Death Wish difficulty. The only threat will be cloakers. You will have to keep a keen eye on these guys otherwise they can down you in seconds. If you or any real player (AI doesn't count) goes down you will have to restart the heist. If you have this build on below is a visual reference of the objectives on this heist.
When spawning in this heist you and your crew will be in an abandoned hotel. Bain will radio in telling you to wait and allow the deal to go down after a minute or so of preparations. If you make your way to the roof top you can watch the Taxman from the IRS attempting to do a shady deal with a corporation. It'll take a few minutes for the black SUV's to arrive.
Shortly after the arrival, the deal will go loud and the Taxman will hide inside the Limo. This is when Bain will Radio in for the crane operator to pick the limo up and drop it on the roof of the motel. It'll have two spots; either right on the balcony area or on top of the stairwell. The Stairwell is a safer place for it to land because you can jump on the hood up the car and make it fall into the motel allowing you to get some cover. It's random where the crane will drop it. Once it's dropped place the Saw on the roof of the Limo and wait for it to finish.
When the saw finishes you will have to approach it and interact with it. You will tear the roof off the car and the Taxman will jump out. Make sure to grab the server from the limo here. You need to walk him to the server room in the motel. The game's objective marker will update showing you what floor it's on. You need to walk the Taxman all the way to the room and sit him in the chair. If he falls down just press 
and shout at him and he'll get up and keep moving. Once you make it here you will have to plug in the server and then melee the taxman for him to get in the chair and tie him up.
Once you have the Taxman in the chair and tied up is where it'll get heavy on the cops spawn. They will come from every angle and even blow open walls with C4 to gain side entryways. It's also where you need to "beat" the passwords out of the Taxman to progress the heist. This is simple but you need to be careful otherwise you'll knock him unconscious and have to wait a minute or two for him to wake up. Just melee him once with 
and then shout with to gain the passwords. Do not melee him more than once for a single password. Once he gives you one you need to wait 60 seconds while it overrides on the computer screen. There will be three progress bars that'll need to finish before you can leave. Each password he gives you will allow you to complete one of them. After you finish the final hack Bain will radio in saying he has received the $25 million transaction from the IRS and you will then have to escape.
The Escape will be on the roof top through a gate on the far right side. Sniper teams will be constantly spawning on the buildings across the streets and make escaping dangerous. Be extra careful as going down will cause you to void the trophy and have to restart the entire thing. Avoid those cloakers and Snipers and escape. You'll be awarded the trophy on the complete screen.
