I copy this , because as the achievement is blocked it is necessary to fulfill the conditions by following what was said by other players ( I unlocked it that way, But it is possible that it does not unlock directly. In my case, I got it while I was doing another solo contract. )

" First of all, make sure that the game is closed. If the game is still running, press "menu" button on the game and quit.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings, and then select Go offline.
Launch the game.
Go to Crimenet.offline (yep, no choice!)
Select the job you need for a specific achievement and meet the requirements.
Finish the job.
Once you get back to the game menu, press Xbox button and quit/close the game.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings, and then select Go online.
Launch the game.
The achievement may not pop on screen but will be "unlocked" (see after).
Once you're in the game menu, press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to your achievements, click on Payday 2, and TADAM! your achievement is unlocked! "

This trophy can be achieved on any of the six available difficulties the game has to offer. All players in the lobby, will be rewarded with the trophy upon heist completion.
Although the trophy is able to be earned on any difficulty, it is best to attempt it on Normal due to the massive decrease of civilians on the yacht. For this trophy it is critical not to panic and shoot a guard if they spot you, but quickly dominate them upon detection. Instead of shooting, quickly hit 
after a detection alert and the guard will submit and get down on his knees. This will still take a pager so you can only do this to a maximum of four guards until the point of no return is triggered. Since you are using a stealth build, you will have six zip-ties at your disposable to subdue civilians if need be.
It’s smart to take in trip mines as your primary deployable for this heist. The guards do have fixed patrol zones but placing trip mines can prevent them from sneaking up on you in some of the more crowded areas. An additional advantage is using the server room trick mentioned in the previous two yacht heist trophies to complete the final segment of the heist with virtually no detection risk. Allow all souls on the voyage to remain alive and the trophy will pop on completing the heist.
