From the start of day 2, come out of the box, blast into the main doors, and make your way up through the building with the goal of getting to the 4th floor.
On your way you will encounter a metal gate that must be drilled/sawed. On the 3rd or 4th floor, you can find a hostage that is tied to a chair with explosives on his chest. His spawn location is somewhat random, but he will always spawn, and he usually spawns very close to the required path of progression. Just keep making your way through the building, watch out for explosives near doorways, and listen for a ticking bomb noise. When you find him, approach and disarm the explosives to unlock the achievement.

As day 2 progresses you will be making your way through and up and building on one of the floors you will find a room with a man in a chair with a Saw style trap on his head, approach him and hold
down to save him.I think its the second floor but am unsure, just make sure to inspect every room of every floor, you can't really miss him.

The guy will randomly spawn in the building so you need to find him, disarm the bomb for the trophy!
I didn't interact with him, someone else in my party did but I still received the trophy!

The hostage tied to a chair. Randomly spawns throughout the building, be careful not to kill him. Most times he is in the route needed to progress to the Commissar's crib making this usually not missable.

During Day 2 on the Hotline Miami heist you will have to run to the top of an apartment building. On the way up you can encounter a guy sitting in a chair with C4 on him. You have to disarm it before he blows up. He often spawns in the hallway but can also spawn inside one of the many rooms after the first set of stairs. He is not always there so this can take a few restarts to find him.
