On day one of the Biker Heist you’re going to want to look for a big 3 foot tall bottle. 2 locations are in the house. The first one is behind the bar on the upper right side of the shelf. The second is on the support beams on the second floor. Just make your way to the beams and jump on to them and walk across and grab the bottle.
The 3rd location is in the bunker. Wait till you get the objective to grab the seat and it’s at the exit behind some plywood.
The last location is on the vantage point behind some plywood. To make your way up there you will have to buy the vantage point access at the start of the heist.

I did this in crime spree (I don't own the dlc, but you can still do some dlc heists for free in crime spree.
Anyway, here's a video by Unknown Knight on youtube, because I can't record videos. They are on pc, but it works the same for console.

The secret item is a Giant Bottle of Wine. There are three spawns for it and each time you start up the heist it is random. One of these spawns requires a player to purchase the Vantage point asset. Anyone player in the game may pick it up. Once it's acquired all players in the heist will be awarded the trophy. The video below shows all three locations.
