Buy Jewelry Store on Normal. Turn bots off. (Trust me, they'll just make it harder). Bring first aid kits. And wait until you see a group of four, and you're good to go.

The Ukrainian Job is a good choice for gathering lots of enemies outside before they enter. Storm into the store and gain the police response. Clean out the guards inside and make sure to take a couple hostages. Now you will want to go to the back and locate the camera station. You will want to utilize the camera that displays the front of the store so you can watch as police gather behind their cars. After approximately 90 seconds there will be at least half a dozen police behind the cars. You want to begin to move into position when you see more than four enemies gather. If you are not able to kill four with one shot, you should have enough enemies behind the cars to get one more shot, if you are lucky.

In order to do this you will need to be Reputation Level 45 or above. The GL40 unlocks at that level as a main weapon and cost around 700,000$ to buy. I recommend bringing an ammo bag just in case you miss a few times. There's plenty of options to do this and it can be done on any difficulty but if you are having issues with it, then do it on the Ukrainian Job and use the same method as Bullet Hell and Killin's As Easy As Breathing.

An easy trophy, the only difficulty is getting to the required level to buy a grenade launcher. And then launch any mission, wait for a cluster of enemies, and then it’s a question of technology. Enemies always come in crowds. I myself received a trophy in the “rats” mission; there are often 6-8 enemies standing under the windows.

"Green bridge" robbery, on the tower where you are defending the target. The wall is behind the prisoner. Compare from 4 to 6 opponents.
