Untied hostage will count, make sure they are intimidated when escaping.
Go to Xbox One settings, Network, then switch to offline. Make sure the game is not active while switching. Upon completing, switch back to online, exit game, go back in the game and achievement should pop in a couple of minutes.

This achievement can be done solo if you wish but would be a lot easier with a group of two or more, and can be done on any difficulty so I would recommend doing it on Normal. It needs to be done on the night club heist which can be found under the Vlad contracts. It is best to do it with two or more people so you can have more cable ties, each player should have the Forced Friendship skill under the Mastermind Skill Tree which will give you six cable ties each. If you want to stealth the heist you check out the video below for a stealth build, thanks to b33croft.
But if you do it on normal and in a group there really is no need to do it stealth. If you’re doing it in a group of at least two you will be best to get everyone on the dance floor down straightaway, and tie them up, there should be at least 6 hostages and all you will need is 6 more. Have someone in the group stay with the hostages and have the rest of the group do the rest of the work. If you finish the heist with 12 hostages or more on the dance floor the achievement will unlock at the end of the heist.

Night Club is a 1 Day heist contracted to you by Vlad. This trophy can be done on any difficulty and I suggest Normal to make things a lot easier. You will need two players for this because you will need 12 cable ties. The max you can have is 6 or 7 with the right skill set up. It's important that all players in the heist have the Forced Friendship skill under the Mastermind tree so you can have 6 cable ties each. Normally you will start out with two, this skill increases your cables ties by 4.
Once you are setup it's best to stealth the heist by killing all the guards in the employee only areas. Don't mask up until you get in the very back of the club. Then start taking out cameras and killing guards one by one back here. There will be 4 or 5 that will randomly path through the kitchen and the back storage area so be careful when killing them. Once you've taken care of them use the ECM jammers and have you and your friends use the cable ties on the civilians. The number in the top right will tell you your hostage count. There will be 3 or 4 guards in the nightclub out in the middle so kill them while the ECM jammers are active. After the entire club is under your control start moving your civilians to the dance floor. You need at least 12 of them laying down on the dance floor when you escape. The trophy will pop once the heist has ended.
