Glitch Method
Thankfully you can get this and High Roller (completion of level in under 14 minutes) with ease using this method shown in the video. Beforehand make sure to have the Stockholm Syndrome skill aced and to have a hostage available to trade before performing the glitch. I'll also attach my own clip so you can see the easiest way (in my opinion) to approach this method. Credit goes to Sneaky on YouTube.
The method I do is I jump onto the pot facing the bathroom, hold the left stick backwards and jiggle the right stick left and right to fall down the map and when I'm falling I move directly under the vault just to be on the safe side with teleporting into it.
