How to unlock the Bullet Dodger achievement in PAYDAY 2 - Definitive Guide
I have Lockpicking Expert Aced, so I'd recommend having that, but I suppose it's probably more helpful than necessary. You might want to increase your sprinting ability however.
I've only played it twice, so I don't know if there are different spawn points, but both times I was spawned in a storefront with red walls. There should be a door to your right that you can pick the lock. It leads to the back room and another locked door. Stand near the locked door and call the bots into the room with you by aiming at them and using RB. They should wait inside the doorway for any police who decide to be brave. Most importantly, they cannot shoot any snipers.
Hole up here and wait for the Chopper to arrive.
The locked door leads to a back alley. When the Chopper arrives, pick the lock on the door (you can do this earlier if you think it'll take too long once the Chopper arrives, I imagine). After exiting the door, sprint to the right and the sets of stairs on the left and right at the end of the alley lead to the roofs of their respective building. In my two playthroughs, the Chopper arrived at the top of one of these buildings each time.
If you can sprint fast enough and navigate the maze of HVAC ducts on the roof and hit the escape pad before the bots can get too far out of the store, it should pop.
Not ideal, but doable.
EDIT: Just got it again with/for a friend with the two Bots active.
SELECT NO AI, UNCHECK PLAY WITH AI!
Now you can rush in the house, drill the safe or use c4 and escape. If the mission Street escape doesn't appear, quit and find another big oil job until it does appear.
When it does show up, run out of the store and look for the two story buildings, there are steps on the side...camp on the steps and drop the sentry gun there. Wait a few minutes and escape. If you die, find a new big oil mission and try again.
NOTE: IF you take AI they WILL kill snipers, and randoms kill snipers too sometimes. Be safe, play alone on this one.
Remember, you can take c4 for the first mission, and then change it for a sentry gun for the second mission.
You can't. If you die you can only go back to the main menu.
Select any Big Oil job that you can find. I personally did this solo on a pro job with two yellow stars while at level 64. I highly recommend not having any AIs along for the ride because the AI will never do anything that will help you (for instance, when you need to die to restart a day they'll be johnny-on-the-spot to revive, and for this achievement in particular will shoot the damned snipers).
To accomplish day 1 of Big Oil expediently and easily, you will need shaped charges from tier 5 of the Technician tree and the heaviest armor you can afford. This will require a minimum of 42 skill points and $2,153,000 to spec (obtainable at the earliest at level 36). Simply run into the house guns blazing and C4 the safe to get the dossier (don't forget that you can simply shoot the doorknobs off those flimsy wooden doors). Return to your van, but do not get into it yet.
Based on something that was alluded to in the PC patch notes, getting an escape is much more likely if you remain in the day beforehand for a long time. In the case of Big Oil, you must hold out at the escape van until at least 6:30 and leave on an assault wave. I have gotten the street escape every time I've attempted it by doing this.
The escape itself is pretty damned easy and super quick. You'll spawn in a supermarket thing, generally facing the large doors in the front of the building that leads out into an intersection. You do not want to go this way. Instead, turn to your right and you will see a locked door. Shoot this door open, then pick or C4 the other. Run around the semi directly in front of you, turn right, and head up to the top of the building. Chill out where you aren't drawing fire, and within 60 seconds the chopper will appear to pick you up.
Street Escape can be found after Big Oil or any of the single-day heists that are during the day-time. In order to increase your chances of getting the Escape to appear, you must kill civilians, play for longer than 10 minutes and/or escape during an assault. The best way to get it is to play Jewelry Store and kill all the civilians, then capture at least 4 bags, before leaving during an assault. Alternatively, just do Four Stores and kill civilians, then leave during an assault.
Once you get Street Escape, open the two doors behind you that lead to the back alley, then just lay low in the starting building. When the escape vehicle arrives, run to it and ignore the snipers. If you have AI turned on, they may attempt to kill snipers, but chances are they won't. If you make it to the helicopter without killing any snipers, then the trophy is yours.
All escapes have a degree of randomness regarding which one happens and whether they occur at all. If you finish the prior day without a police assault you will not get an escape. Escapes seem to be more likely to appear on at least a 2 star difficulty.
The Street Escape appears directly after completing Big Oil Day 1. The escape itself is the easiest of the bunch. You’ll start out in a convenience store surrounded by cops outside and snipers on the roofs. Do not kill any of the snipers. Head toward the back of the store and lock pick through the doors you come to until you get to the alley way. An escape helicopter will arrive roughly 2 minutes into the escape. It arrives on the roof of the building you're in or the one behind it. You’ll have to make your way up the stairs of the appropriate building and get to the chopper. Sprint and use cover to let your armor recharge.

1) Launch a Jewelry Store (No bots)
2) Kill all civilians
3) Leave during Police Assault
4) Escape will appear (Personally, this happened on my first try)
