During day one of your safe house they toss a bag down to you from second story get under it and hit RB. If you miss it look straight up and toss the bag to yourself by tapping LB and then make sure your under it and tap RB. May take you a few trys but should not take more then a minuet or two.

Maka91 of Maka production achievement hunting was nice enough to tell me I could use this as a visual for you guys.

If you missed the opportunity in the safe house, I think a great place to do this is during the Bank Heist mission. The first task is to pick up a thermal drill in a bag in the parking lot. Do this in CRIME.NET OFFLINE so that you are the only player and you won't annoy your teammates while going for this. Just pick up the bag by holding RB, then toss it straight up into the air by pressing LB. When it is about to hit your face hold RB again (you will briefly see a prompt to hold RB, you need that to happen for a catch to be possible). I found this to be tricky until I positioned myself between 2 vehicles and threw it up from there. The bag would often land on the roof of one of the cars I stood between, and just before it hit the roof (which is my character's eye level) I held RB to catch it. Hope this helps anyone struggling to get this achievement.

This achievement can be obtained on any level but the video is from The Jewelry Heist Day 1.

Once you load up a bag full of jewelry go to an open area where there are no police shooting at you. This is the back of the store in the jewelry heist. Throw the bag straight up in the air and sit under it and then catch it. The best time to hit the catch button is when the bag is on top of your face and take up most of your screen. It can take a few tries but you can always pick the bag up and try again.

You may or may not be aware of the Rats Day 3 XP exploit, but if you are, this is a great place to attempt this achievement.

After killing all of the Mendozas on the bus, grab some cash and make your way back to the pick-up chopper, but stop before going in the rescue circle.

If you worked fast, you'll have a good 30-40 seconds to attempt tossing the bag to yourself before the police assault forces you to bail.

Taking into consideration that you're probably farming XP, you'll have numerous opportunities to attempt this when restarting the level.

This achievement requires you to catch a bag in mid-air the easiest place to get this is at your safe house. Eventually there will be someone who throws a bag off the roof you can either catch it right there or pick it off the ground and throw it as many times in the air as you want until you get your timing down. No cops, no time limit, and no pissing off your friends while there trying to escape during missions while your throwing bags of loot in the air. On Framing Frame, I recieved the achievement by holding in [rb] while the paintings were on the table. Right before throwing the paintings to the helicopter the bagged paintings lift up a bit off the table, making it possible to pick up the paintings before hitting the table.
