How to unlock the I'm a Healer-Tank-Damage-Dealer achievement in PAYDAY 2 - Definitive Guide
The cheapest way to get this is to ACE 2 of the skills in tier 1 and unlock the other skill remaining at that level. So you will have spent 1 point to unlock the tree and then 9 points by unlocking all 3 on the tier and then ACEing 2 of them.
It will cost 156,000 to do it at this point. This guide is for people planning on respecing after unlocking it, as it is unlikely that you will want this range of skills as a permanent character.
I created a Skill Calculator to show exactly where to put the points:

If you dashboard after the achievement unlocks, without leaving the skill screen, then it shouldn't save the changes (Assuming this hasn't been patched to save on skill changes)
What does this mean? All of the achievements relating to purchasing skills or adding to your inventory can be gained by making local copies of your "Player progression" file on an alternate source of memory than your primary hard drive, and using this copied file to make any desired changes to your selection of inventory and skills, with no resulting change in your primary "Player progression" file.
To unlock the "I'm a Healer-Tank-Damage-Dealer" achievement, you can still follow Kornfan2007's excellent guide, but now you can respec your skills with a local copy of the "Player progression" file on another source of memory, without having to spend any extra money on your primary "Player progression" file.
Solution for I'm a Healer-Tank-Damage-Dealer In PAYDAY 2

I highly recommend you buy and switch into a new skillset, which would up your skill requirement to level 50. This means you won't have to remember how you have previously set out your first skill set due to the lack of need of respecing your first skillset.
Each skill tree has three paths and therefore you need to split 10 points across each. One path should have one point, one path should have 6 points, and one should have three points. This point allocation has to apply to Mastermind, Enforcer, Technician, Ghost and Fugitive.

For this, simply spend 10 points in each of the four trees. The easiest way to do this is to Ace two of the Tier 1 skills and purchase the 3rd skill, for each of the four trees. This will cost very little, and you'll get most of that money back if you respec them anyway. If however you don't want to respec one of your further-advanced trees, simply back up your savefile before hand (either to PS+ or a USB drive), respec your trees for the points and disperse 10 points to each tree, then copy back your original savefile.
There are 4 skill trees in the Skills menu; Mastermind, Enforcer, Technician, and Ghost. You need to have at least 10 in each tree at the same time. The skill point spent for unlocking each skill tree counts as one of the points spent.
