PAYDAY 3

The following strategy works to get both of the achievements for this mission at the same time.


Mission: Gold and Sharke
Player Count: 2+ Recommended (Solo Possible)
Difficulty: Hard Recommended
Loadout: Stealth and Speed
It's best to separate this into 2 runs as follows:

Run 1: Information - Stealth Required
Your first run is just for information, but stealth is required in order to secure the required knowledge at the end. The goal here is acquire the red key card, blue key card, vault code, and switchbox colors (optional).
Red Key Card: Located in a side office. To find the location, use a QR code to find the HR room, and hack the computer here to find out which person keeps in their office. (Ex. Eric, Liam). Find their office, using another QR code to gain access and loot the key card.
Blue Key Card: Located upstairs on an important person like guard or bank manager.
Vault Code: Using the blue key card, find the server room near the bank manager's office and hack the computer. You'll need to go to the IT room, and back to the server room to complete the hack. Once the hack is completed, you'll be shown which vault codes are possible. Check the keypad to see what numbers are possible and determine the correct code. Memorize it!
Switchbox Colors: (Optional) If you're still in stealth, and want extra information, break into the vault lobby and activate the control box which requires 4 colors to be select in switchboxes to disable lasers. You can memorize the order of these switches to save yourself time in the next run!

With this information, you can pause and restart the heist if anything goes wrong! Everything will remain the same.

Run 2: Execution - Stealth Required
With the knowledge of the red key card location, blue key card location, the vault code memorizes, and switchbox colors, the run is a lot easier. Go straight to the red key card and grab it, using it to get access to the vault lobby gate. Immediately use the vault code to open the vault. Then interact with the control box to start the 4 flipped switches objective. Go and flip the switches while grabbing the blue key card as well to disable the lasers. At this point, take your blue key card to the manager's office and interact with the computer. A timer starts. You must use the blue key card again at the vault to open the inner vault. Time to loot! Bag everything you can, and there should be 13 bags here. Time to sneak them out. If you or someone in your group doesn't have their mask on yet, they can simply run bags back and forth to the escape van downstairs without any significant risk of failing. You also have the option of running the bags to the roof, and throwing them down towards the parking garage (see video), having only 1 person down there to catch them and store them. It's best to minimize the amount of time you spend inside the bank with a mask on! Once all 13 bags are accounted for, it's time for the entire team to sneak into the basement with the loaded van for escape.
