The absolute best advice one can give you regarding this specific mission is that the more players that stand by the truck, the faster it goes.
My team didn't realize this until several playthroughs and it made getting this achievement significantly easier.
There is a bit of prep before the truck arrives that one should look for:
There are multiple hazards on the road that need to be dealt with prior to the truck arriving at them in order for it to complete it's journey without stopping. This achievement will pop when you complete the mission, so long as the truck doesn't come to a complete stop during it's route.

On Overkill, I've only ever had the fence required. On this difficulty it seems to skip the holes. You may also want to mention that you have to complete the mission for this to unlock.

Interesting - I thought maybe it was just the roll we were getting with it. Like we had the 99 boxes level pick a specific side a dozen times before we discovered there are actually 2 parts of the map you could get. I'll add the completing the mission for sure.

We got this 1st try with all 4 making it to exfil. This video shows exactly what to do and not do.
Here is what to do in words: 1st: Make sure you got all ladders, gate, forklift & steering wheel. 2nd: Make sure all players grab meat shield at start of progressing truck. 3rd: All players stay on safe side of truck. 4th only one person who is unlocking truck should be at truck during last couple seconds of it parking (I tried telling my team this but I ended up having to hold out to respawn them; do what I say here not what they did). The better spot for 1st wave is the spot that I hold up in video. 5th: Only exfil if wave just ended or you all have basically full armor.
PS: Use bonus favor for bags for additional location. Bring at least 1 preferably 3 sentry builds and 1-2 armor builds (armor + 2 additional armor uses).
