PAYDAY 3

The EDGE, GRIT, and RUSH buffs are activated based on your skills. You'll probably want to be level 8-10 to unlock this. Head to Loadout from the main menu, then choose skills. Some skills require research and will unlock as you play more. During gameplay, meeting certain requirements will activate these buffs, which shows on the bottom of the screen as icons.

The easiest ones I've found are:
Tank (Aced) - Activates GRIT when your armor breaks
Sharpshooter - Activates EDGE while standing still and aiming down sight for 1.5 seconds
Escapist - Activates RUSH upon sprinting for 3 seconds

You'll only need the first node of each perk for this to work. Then, go into a heist, on normal, with bots. Once you spawn, throw a grenade on the ground to break your shield and gain grit. Aim down sight for 1.5 seconds to gain edge. Then sprint for 3 seconds to gain rush. All 3 of these buffs should activate at the same time, and the achievement unlocks after a few seconds of delay.

Basic:
Escapist (run 3s to gain Rush)
Gunslinger (switch weapon to gain Edge)

Aced:
CQC Specialist (grab human shield gain GRIT)

So put your Mask, switch weapon (EDGE), grab human (GRIT) and drop it and run 3s (RUSH)
